Reviews and Ratings
The Grand is a nice hotel with a lot to offer, especially its proximity to the Grand Canyon and clean, comfortable rooms. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities make it a solid choice for families. However, my initial check-in experience was a bit rocky due to power issues, which affected our dining options.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel considering the price. While the decor was appealing and it had a nice ambiance, the room itself was quite standard, lacking basic comforts such as bedside outlets and properly functioning blackout curtains. The high food prices and noise disruptions made for an underwhelming experience. On a positive note, the customer service was accommodating, which helped salvage the stay a bit.
